Your pliers have to be set out, separate from the sheath, and that gooey sheath sits around for days drying out. Been there. Done that. I can tell you working with Kydex, for me, is not a simple process. And as I began experimenting with my pliers and Kydex? There has been plenty of trial and error. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, as I learned, I realized this Kydex<strong><em> really is the deal<\/em><\/strong>. It created a fantastic grip on my pliers, and also let go of them with a conscious pull. Now, because of the asymmetrical design of high end fishing pliers, I realized immediately &#8211; there is a left, and there is a right hand side to these pliers and the sheath. Then I realized the custom process means <strong>I will be needing YOUR pliers to get it made correctly. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I take all these needs I have, as part of what goes into filling a fisherman&#8217;s demands &#8211; your needs &#8211; for a secure way to hold expensive pliers that is safe, secure and is finally &#8211; <strong>DRY<\/strong>!
